...A little better, but not showing too much excitement considering how much I have been working out..I have been doing at least 20-45 minutes a day for the past 12 days. My heart rate started out really BAD that first few workouts, but has improved drastically within this period. I started out on the treadmill at a fast walk, and able to only run for 30 seconds, but now I am up to three minutes of running!! I am in training for the StrokeStamped in September. I need to be able to run 5 miles by then. Won't that be fun?? I hope to ride Kennebuck by then. I almost don't care as much about these stupid pounds and this stupid scale as I do about how much better I feel now after only 12 days. Thanks to the YMCA!!
