Went to a competition yesterday and they fed us donuts and pizza. I ate a lot, but I came home and worked off 340 calories. Down .2 for this weekend.
136.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
