I have been eating well the last few days and if I keep it up the weight must come back down eventually! At first I didn't want to record this weigh in but i'd only be cheating myself.

i know it is quite a pain to see those figures that are not what you want. just don't stress but love yourself. it will come down after a while. challenge are starting soon.
