Had to make some jalapeno cheddar cornbread to go with dinner tonight. I blame one of you for my cravings because i saw it on someones plate while scrolling. It turned out delicious! About 130 calories a piece.

https://whattocooktoday.com/soft-fluffy-asian-steamed-buns-every-time.html These are the steamed buns I started with. I used almond milk instead of cows milk. The first ones I made without filling turned out huge and super fluffy so try them without anything in them first.
