OK so, not that I gave up as much as I forgot about this, joined almost a year ago and haven't been back since. But I got wii fit and that kinda gave me a kick to get up off my ass I suppose. Any way I've started walking 2 miles a day to work. When I get used to that I'm gonna start walking home too. Wii fit is lots of fun so I think that mixed with the walking and watching my portion sizes at night and making sure I eat breakfast I should be on the right track. Any way I'm glad I've started to exercise I can see my curves again I'm not just a big shapeless blob.
