Spent the weekend in Las Vegas and managed to not go overboard on foods! I ate breakfasts of egg white omelettes and chicken breast! Lunches of subway sandwich (turkey).

Since it is Las Vegas, I did splurge and I had some gelato (small cup), and some desserts, but I also worked out each day, and I managed to not gain a single pound over the weekend!

Today I start my strict diet and will post updates regularly.
