schedule got totally thrown off at work and at home.... too busy... too many things going on at once; made it hard to prepare food and stick to routine of changes. I can forsee more weeks like this, so I need to see how I'm going to make the adjustment. Now, I know what meant by "it has to be a LIFESTYLE change".
