Ah, well it would help if I had been more faithful about recording my food. Oh well. I did spot that if I eat pork rinds, that's way too much protein. Otherwise, my protein intake looks ok, but my fat is still way low. I'm going to try making some fat bombs (anyone have a recipe they love??). But, it is still hard, because I'm just not hungry. I can see my general calorie intake is too low, but I don't know how to fix that. :-(
