This mornings weight. Surprisingly I guess I can go lower. Blood pressure was 103/74. Lowest its been in years. Feeling good and enjoying Life.

Freetime, I take one before bed and one later in the morning after breakfast. They are different meds. Losing weight, drinking water, spine adjustments, and exercise is what helps me. I am looking forward of getting off these mess also.
