Beware, complaining is about to occur...
I've been super sick with sinus infection/ cough, had to go off induction for a day, so I had to start all over. Boooo! But I desperately needed soup and juice, so I did what needed to be done. Good news is that I didn't indulge while on my " break" so I guess that means I have more self control than I realized :) Bad news is, that while coughing today, I coughed so hard I pulled a muscle in my back and now I'm in sooo much pain I want to die! I had just started feeling better, too. So after being on the couch snotty and sick, I now get to be on the couch whining about my back hurting... I'll be so happy when this week is over, cause it's been a rough one so far! I've been wanting to get back to the gym so bad, but every time I think it's going to happen, some crap like this happens instead.
Anywho, now that I'm done feeling sorry for myself, I'm at least back on induction, and hoping ketosis will kick in soon. Another plus is that my meds (z-pack and sinus cocktail shot) make me have zero appetite, so yesterday and today have been pretty easy on me, cause this girl likes to eat! Lol!
**QUESTION OF THE DAY**
Does anyone take phentermine while on atkins? My thyroid medication makes me have a huge appetite, so I was thinking of getting a script for phentermine to help curb it. I have taken it before, and honestly, I love the stuff, but just curious if anyone has tried the two together, and with what results? A little bit of personal info for u guys... I take Paxil (20 mg) and synthroid (150 mcg, Hypothyroid, induced by RAI treatment). I started going to the gym in January, but haven't been in about 3 weeks. My weight hasn't budged in the past year expect for the five lbs I lost last week on induction. I fully understand that it's going to take time to get this weight off, but I think my health conditions are working against me, with my hypo being my worst enemy. Although my endo. says my levels are perfect, I'm tired all the time, have no energy, and just don't feel like myself.
