I got off track for a couple of days there. I have just been so very hungry, and that made me make a couple of poor choices. I stopped recording things here and stopped thinking before putting things in my mouth. I ate some Peeps and a couple of malted milk eggs. I threw the rest of them away though. Back on track today. I doubt I am going to get to my goal before our trip but at least my scuba suit fits me better.

food high in fat can really satisfy hunger. I'm on high fat, low carb. For good approved snack cream cheese jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon, or for sweet treat, homemade mouse made with cool whip, peanut butter, coffee grounds. Or even cheese wrapped bacon is great..
