Back on the wagon. Just checking the damage I've done. This food addiction stuff is hard, especially when you use food for comfort. Now I have to talk about my feelings. I will admit its getting better. I've gotten very good at confronting that which is upsetting me rather than baking muffins and biscuits. We got this fam! We shall conquer
302.5 lb Lost so far: 112.0 lb.    Still to go: 128.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
