Reading up on a "new" diet. As always, real food and low calories and then 10,000 steps a day. So if I eat 1200 calories a day and then burn 1900 I will lose weight. Might lose a lot more since the diet is liquid! Smoothies for 5 days and 300 calories of crunchy veggies a day - no thank you. I might try the smoothies recipes though - I do like smoothies. Talked to the doctor and she said it would be ok to pause the hormone treatments and then go back later if I wanted to check out how I feel without them.
