Well I just put in my log this meal. Just one cup of ravioli with the olive oil and one cup of steamed broccoli. The total calories is 530. Wow , this is an eye opener for sure. 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

FWIW, I started weighing ravioli and tortellini in grams instead of relying on the measuring cup. It was eye opening and not in the fun way. That said, I'm just as satisfied with my smaller, more accurate amounts.

That is why ravioli is out of this world delicious! You have to pay the price of eating it...nothing comes easy in this world!🙁
My boss before Covid, would give me half his order, when he went out for lunch.😋😋😋😋
I’m glad he’s usually in Georgia now. Looks wonderful Ocean Girl!👍🌸

Everyone should be weighing in grams. I came across a recipe that called for 2 tablespoons of blackberries—- WTF, really.

Thanks Kat, I need to buy a food scale. I used the cup measuring from this app. I typed in Raviloli and it gave me measurements in cups. 🙏❤️

That’s funny Kena. To be honest I haven’t been using grams.

Shrewdness, even when I am being careful about portions, I still over ate it. I haven’t had pasta in months. A little indulgence goes along way.❤️❤️❤️

Acomandr, I adore fresh pasta. When I lived in nyc , in the Italian neighborhoods ,it was easily available. One of my favorite cuisines, is Italian. I am a true Brooklyn girl . Grew up in an all Italian neighborhood. I know it doesn’t compare or come close to Hawaii, but definitely has it’s charm.🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️

Thanks Bear, it’s absolutely amazing. If you ever go to nyc, go to an area called Arthur Avenue. It’s the original Little Italy. That’s where you’ll find all the handmade fresh pastas and fresh mozzarella and bakeries galore. It’s directly across the way from the New York botanical gardens. So it makes a beautiful day trip.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💪

Bgr12 , it is truly amazing. Best time to go , just went to New York botanical gardens has the orchid show. You get tickets for the orchid show and then you go and hang out in Arthur Avenue. My sister lives in Roslyn Heights, and when I lived in Queens, the best hang out was Long Island .I absolutely love Long Island, So here’s to you❤️❤️🙏🙏❤️
