Looking gorgeous mama. :) love the belly pics. :) I was thinking of you the other day. I went three weeks without purging and was so proud. then I had a cup of rice and for whatever set of reasons it pushed me over the edge. :'( I hope you're feeling well and glowing as much on the inside as you are on the inside.

Kellogh 🙌🏼😘 bowl of rice is probably a trigger food for you. I used to have trigger foods but eight years later I am eating everything in moderation. I remember being newly able to string along 3 days and you my dear are going to eventually string together 4 days. KEEP FIGHTING FOR YOUR LIFE
