Oh man am I sore! Yesterday was alot of movement for this big old body, but it was so much fun! And I know that I haven't been losing that much weight, gained as a matter of fact, but it was SO much easier to move around than it has been for a long time. We walked around the new $ store in my area that is HUGE! I went there the other day, but the store is so big that I couldn't take it all in. So we went again yesterday. Then the St. Louis Science center! We were gonna see a movie there, but it was all sold out, so we walked around for about 2 hours, playing with exhibits and such. Then my friend Cory called and invited us to go bowling. I didn't really want to because I was already sore. But I went because he is a really good friend of ours and wanted to pay us back for last weekend. I wound up having a really good time, even got a strike! That's a miracle, considering how very bad I am at bowling! All in all, yesteday was a great day. It was easy to stick to my diet and we stayed really active. Really sore now, but twas fun!
