Ok, so I don't usually toot my own horn, but I just gotta say how proud I am of myself! I was raised to not waste food and eat what's on your plate. I usually finish everything and when I don't I'm taking it home in a doggie bag and eating it later. Tonight I order the shrimp taco salad and chili relleno with margaritas for two. Way lighter than my usual skillet of fajitas! Since reducing my calories and portions just over a month ago, I guess my stomach has shrunk! I could NOT eat it all! not only did I stop myself(admittedly should have stopped several bites earlier!), but I did NOT take home almost half of the meal that was left! This is HUGE for me! I just had to share it with someone!😁😁
