Golf was but there’s so much pollen in the air my nose won’t stop running and I sneeze all the time. The dogwood trees are popping out and the redbud trees are in full bloom. The golf course was beautiful. We need some rain and I think tomorrow we are going to get it. I feel a lot better about my food plan, I really couldn’t go on eating like that.

I'm finding the nasal sprays are working better for me with my allergies than zyrtec or sudafed, these days.
