Yesterday my arm and shoulder was in pain all day. Going to call the orthopedist tomorrow. Food wise was good, except when I tried to make a low carb Bearnaise sauce and it tasted ok, but looked terrible because it separated. Guess I'll have to practice it or next time just make Hollandaise and put some tarragon and vinegar in it. We had some great steaks and I make "Just like stuffed baked potatoes". Also had asparagus. Was afraid I ate too much but the scale went down. Arm is better today.
175.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
