Today is one of those days that could get you off your diet! Nothing like free waffles to get in the way.

I don't think restricting yourself is ever the answer. Just practice portion control today. Maybe not a whole waffle. Keep the butter to a minimum and be easy on the syrup. Have a lot of fruit if they offer it.

There is much worse out there for you than waffles. Enjoy!
