Down 8 lbs in the 3weeks since I've been counting my calorie intake. I put a good deal of weight in the past year so I'm very happy to see it coming off again. Struggling to find meals I want to try but mostly just watching portion control and drinking water. Sneaking in a bit of ice cream or sweet tea here and there. I'm happy with my progress so far. 😊
151.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
