After yesterday's nuts-frenzy, my friend and I have re-cemented our decision to take the healthy-reins back in our hands and go hit the gym and do a strict carb-watch daily.
This morning my weight was 147.8, and I need to get it down to 145 by this weekend.
Today was bad. No workout still. Food started off very vigilantly, but ended on a low (high) note! I caved, and deliberately, decidedly, went and did some flagrant damage....ordered chinese takeout with white rice (overt carbs after lots of days!!). I have to say, only the first few bites were great..but after that, this feeling of over-stuffedness is terrible!!!!
Ok, I got that out of my system. Now, to hunker down and immediately get the poison out of my system--mentally and physically...workout HARD tomorrow! And complete carbs-watch.
Did the damage, now need to be the responsible adult and pay the damages for the damage!
