What happened?! I was 73.3 on Wednesday worked hard in the garden all afternoon and only ate one teeny hotcross bun. I stared at the easter eggs for five minutes. It must be just a heavy blip day. Looking ahead! Try again!

I’m definitely surprised how some days I’m heavier by a pound or two than others ? Why don’t you try again tomorrow & see if it was just one of those days ?

Honestly it’s just blips and water. My weight is going up and up this week and I’ve been so active and constantly under calories. Hold your nerve, soldier! 😂

Thank you so much everyone! I was trying not to be discouraged, but sometimes you just think I CAN’T DO IT! I did have chocolate days yesterday and Easter day but back to full brain power today. I’ll tell you what else, even though it’s admitting I am an old fashioned duffer, i found a SET button on the scales! I’ve just been plonking them down anywhere then standing on them! Now I’m wondering which has been wrong and which has been right and when?!?

Most likely just water weight so please don’t worry. It doesn’t matter what you eat as long as you stay in a calorie deficit. Carbs don’t make you fat, instead they break down into water, which causes your weight to fluctuate. That’s why recording your weight everyday can be unreliable and misguiding, it should all balance out after a couple days. Just keep going and stay in your deficit :)
