Practice. I started with 5 hours then I increased every week and when I break my fast I go for low calorie and filling fruits of course drinking room temperature water because drinking cold water after fasting would result in bad abdominal pain. Hope this helps. Also remember to ease up on the added sugar and salt. That seems to be my kryptonite.
