Same weight as yesterday, which is fine. Ate last of my leftover veggies with a knockwurst. I slightly went over in carbs I think, but still stayed under 30. Glad it is Friday! Yesterday's salad wasn't as good as usual. Are they using a different mayonnaise. I'll have to check.
