I did eat lunch today, but I ate out at a local Chinese restaurant. I had chicken with brocolli with a little bit of fried rice. I split the lunch portion with my mom so I felt fine about eating out and having a "treat"! Going running today too!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
