Still trying to get in the zone with my eating window. I fasted 19 hours. Surf and turf leftovers. Meatloaf sandwich on rye with Russian dressing (personally, for me meatloaf is all about the sandwiches), roasted broccoli and green beans, a chunk of cold salmon (also with Russian dressing) and some tortilla chips with avocado. Very yummy.
