Yesterday had its ups and downs. Had some chocolate cravings that subsided over the day which was a big up. Had a vendor take my team out for drinks and appetizers, which while fun, was a down as far as a diet is concerned. I was good. Only 1 beer, some onion rings and a mozzarella stick, but it was enough to hit the tums when I got home. A small bowl of cereal and some veggies when I got home allowed me to finish the day just under my RDI.
It's FRIDAY!!! I'm looking forward to going to Applebee's this weekend to get one of their 550 meals. I've got chocolate cravings again this morning, thinking of the melty deliciousness of a Hershey's Kiss. Hopefully this craving will pass like it did yesterday.
