Feel off balance again! Was doing well, and then what happened?? One day of not working out turns to 4 days of it! And now finding it hard to get back on track..! Well, at least I havent taken up loads of carbs again...still been overtly carb-free, although fat content has been very high with bingeing on NUTS!!! No more mixed nuts allowed in my house--these damn things are addictive! I would really like to practice self-control and not be fazed or crumble with the best of foods looking at me in the face!!
Just need to get to get to working out SERIOUSLY!!! Tomorrow!!!!

You have lost 30lbs? Thats amazing! I too struggle to keep up working out, or keep up doing anything! I always say start fresh on Monday which I need to stop! This site has been great for me the couple days I have been on it, I am the person who needs a kick in the butt to do anything and get motivated. Good luck getting in gear!
I have exercised since Monday, and had planned on it again today, but my poor son has the flu and I am afraid to take him out of the house! So I may have to figure out something light to do here, which I suck at!
