I reached my original goal weight today! I'm within my BMI!!!! I don't think I have ever been before, that I can remember. I'm so excited and feeling fabulous!

145.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb. Still to go: 3.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 2.1 lb a week
