Saturday (3/15)

Gratitude: Got to hang out with friends...game night!

Sunday (3/16)

NO: Water, Steps, Sodium

Planned Exercise: planned 33 squats (challenge), crunches, jumping jacks
Gratitude: Having a day off with my husband...relaxing...(all that yard work got me pretty sore, needed to recuperate. I'm kinda glad it snowed, so I wasn't tempted to do more)

Monday (3/17)

Planned Exercise: planned 33 squats (challenge), plank, jumping jacks, yard work
Gratitude: So many good green smoothie recipes online! The stores have more organic and local choices, I'm excited about shopping tonight.

Tuesday (3/18)

Gratitude: Kind and patient customers at work always make my day =)

Wednesday (3/19)

Planned Exercise: squats, 8 hours of housework (scrubbed floors by hand!)
Gratitude: I am grateful for my strength and determination, so that I can get difficult jobs done. Now if I can just apply that to loosing weight!

Thursday (3/20)

Gratitude: I am grateful both I and my husband are employed.

Gratitude: For the chance to catch up with friends I haven't seen in a while (at the cost of extra calories...it was worth it)
