1213 kcal Fat: 22.51g | Prot: 59.33g | Carb: 202.81g.   Breakfast: half half, skim milk, coffee, apple butter, laughing cow cheese cube, english muffin light. Lunch: Chewy Lowfat Granola Bars - Oatmeal Raisin, Deli Select Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, mustard honey, arnold thins. Dinner: italian bread, Tomato and Basil Sauce, ricotta, Macaroni. Snacks/Other: Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Fudge, Live Active Cottage Cheese, apple. more...
