It is hard to say, because I am a lifelong vegetarian/vegan. One thing that I do notice is that from time to time I will go all raw. That drops the weight dramatically, but is hard for me to do for long stints, because I have to eat lots of food to get in the calories. Sometimes, I will do all green vegetables only meals. That drips weight for me too, but I will mainly do that to give the arteries a clean up! Being vegan helps to regulate weight in a way because there is no fatty foods like cheeses and butter to think about. I hope this helps.
