01/27- had 21 piece sashimi & 1 cup white rice for dinner
01/26- screwed up diet by forgeting food! didn't eat anything bad (BUT I REALLY WANT TO!) just didn't get in the amount of food to stay on track

Same here. It's only one little cheating. I didn't expect that my roommate got me a Wendy's chicken burger, fries, and big coke yesterday. So for now, stay on track. ;)
