My eating is back on track I have been logging in advance and sticking to it! I will weigh myself tomorrow to see if I am n track for my friday mini goal! Evening edit: I was craving sweets after dinner so I ate an apple and 10 grapes! Feeling very happy with myself will do my best to keep this up!
