as i turn another year older, i cant stop but contemplate on life. (my life to be more specific). since i was a kid i have always struggled with weight. now that i am older (& wiser) i should have a better control but it seems i dont. i keep putting it off saying to myself, "i can eat all these cookies today and ill start better tomorrow!" but today is tomrw!!! this year is a very important and special year for me, not only will i get married but its also the year i want to loose the "chub-chub" i have!!! i want to look and feel awesome on my wedding day and for the rest of my life. I know this shouldn't be a 'one-time' deal but a lifetime deal! NO EXCUSES...is my new motto. if i fall i shall pick myself right back up.
