Well, 1st day of my low carb diet and ... what a bust!! But that is my fault and but it was a minor fall. I had the pitiful breakfast, and slogged though the gianormous salad at lunch. The problem came when I left work late. I finished lunch at 1pm but wasn't getting dinner until 7:30. By the time we got home, I just needed to make a quick dinner for the kids. Shrimp & veggie dumpling with anchovy noodle soup. I ended up eating 4 dumplings, a 1/4 cup of noodles. Not good but I took stuff out for tomorrow's lunch.
Well, here's to a new way of life! Cheers!
