Good day yesterday. Drank roughly 125 oz of fluid (w/ no caffeine) and consumed fewer calories than targeted.

It's simply amazing how many veggies you can eat without adding a ton of additional calories. I'm not a vegetable fan, but I might have to learn.

I'm a bit concerned about the diet today. My lunch is going to be PB&J. PB has a ton of calories. I'm also having a craving for chocolate. I plan on having a godiva truffle this evening, hopefully that'll be enough.
