Morning weigh in of 212.8 after our 2200 calorie indulgence day yesterday after the new low weigh in. This is my workout day off and despite being snowed in and working from home, I'm probably going to take the day. Bod needs the rest! Not going to hit my adjustment day calorie count of 800 to 1200 calories, either!
