I've started 2 new challenges which will begin next week. I'm hoping that by becoming an administrator, it will keep me more accountable and get me moving more. One challenge is about getting in 10,000 steps/day and the other is the C25K program. I'm running a 5K late in May so hopefully I will really be able to run the whole thing this year!!! I tried my first C25K workout today and found that I could have gone longer, but I was not going as fast as I would like to be going... By next week, when the challenge officially begins, I want to be going at least 6MPH when I run. I'd like to be going faster then that by May, but I might be getting a little ahead of myself...
JOIN!!! The 10,000 steps/day challenge is a team challenge and should be a lot of fun!!!
