Argggg! I overslept and my exercise didn't get in this morning. I need to get it in this evening, which will be difficult. My evenings are busy with family obligations and I always seem to forget to exercise. I will do my best. Maybe I'll mention to my daughter this morning.... she's always happy to remind me about stuff ;)
I put a pot roast on for this evening's meal. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I need to learn to overcook every night... making lots of extra meat. This morning was a challenge trying to find something to put in my lunch. Ended up grabing a couple cans of tuna. If I eat tuna every day, I will get sick of it....
