Didn't get to Sean t but on my feet almost all day. No formal exercise. Body is still achey from yesterdays tilling workout. Did try on some pants from my too small box 7 pants I can wear to work actually fit!! Yea!! didn't do the rest. Tired, accomplished quite a bit, always have a few leftovers on my list. In all a good day, cold out but sunny this afternoon. Have a good start on my week unlike the last several. Ate well, but not many calories.

From what I heard, it helps doing very light physical activity to help reduce DOMS. Light activity gets blood flowing through those areas and accelerates recovery :)
