Entire day spent focused on the kids and fighting a migraine.... was a bit rough. Awful sleep last night ... I just could not fall asleep. I am also having the strangest TOM ever. It finally arrived and its erratic ..... perimenopause strikes. I've been taking the bee pollen so I hope it will help. At the very least it has improved my energy.

I had a very late breakfast and just had dinner. That should do it for the night. Weight is holding at 203 so far, which is good. I am soooo close to 199!

Hi, Jenn. Hope you are feeling better :-) TOM never did show up for me but all of the annoying feelings went away (hot flashes are just one hear and there now). Even if the bee pollen doesn't do exactly what you are hoping for, I've read it is really good for you. Might just be a win-win. You are sooo close to 199! I wish I could say that. Pulling for you! Hi Darlene, it was a rough TOM day but I survived. The pain and oyher symptoms subsided slightly - not sure if it was all bee pollen or if it's just the nature of pre - menopause. In any case, I plan to continue bee pollen because it seems to be a good thing. I was up 2 lbs this morning but not worried ... I know it's TOM. I am on the periphery of Onederland. It's exciting!
