Wow! Today was my day to fast. Around 4:00 o:clock, I realized I hadn't drank anything either and felt faint. Broke down and ate a few reduced fat crackers with hummus. Ran to basketball game and then home to eat a salad. Too tired to figure the calories on this day. Will do so tomorrow again.
