I had such a full day yesterday. I ended up having dinner after 9 pm..... this is something I have not done in such a long time. It disturbed my evening routine and I had to be up later than planned because of digestion. My workout plans were also upset because I had an unexpected visitor for a few hours in the evening. I will double up on my workout later.

The break with the kids will be over soon and they will be back in school on monday. I wish it was a 2 week break instead of one. I really enjoyed the week with them. Looking forward to Summer with them.

It does get discouraging when unexpected company shows up. That seems to be the story of my life, the past 12 years. I hate to feel recentful but I don't just drop by unannouced. You have the right attitude though. I have to get up at 5am and then hope noone hears me so I don't end up with company that may not have even been to bed yet. It does make it hard when your routine gets distrubed and you feel like you have to double up when something else got in the middle of your schedule. I feel your pain and understand how you feel!!! You must be excited about one-derland. I got over 200 with my twins pergnancy 15 years ago and I'm still working on what was gained during that time. Can't wait for you to get there! We will be here on the sidelines cheering you on!!!

Hey Christina, thanks for visiting my journal. Yes, it's so true ...one unplanned visit can really ruin the best made plans for a good workout. I am going to switch my time so that it is more protected. I can't let anything stand in my way :)
