Was getting a little down last week. Didn't seem to make much progress. Feeling much more positive this week, though. Working hard to hit my goals, and not giving in, even if it seems like things aren't going as quickly as I want. It took a long time for me to gain all this extra weight, I guess it's going to take some time to work it off!
