Worked out again last night... achy lower body today but I feel so good to be working out again. Still eating low carb and clean. My weight is doing some fluctuation but it is expected with my female issues and working out. I am 203 lbs today.
I am still running around with my kids for their break so not a lot of journal time but I am keeping on top of my eating and weighing so that's the most important thing right now. I hope you all have a great day.
