Its been just over a week so far and what I have noticed so far is my energy level has been up quite a bit. And its not all because of the coffee..lol. I'm going to try walking about the house until it warms up a bit more outside. Still a bit nippy to have the kids out. I'm plugging away with weight loss but I know its going to come to an abrupt stop when I hit about 239. Then I will have my work cut out for me. All the fast weight loss so far has been from not eating after 6 and drinking more water. Bring on the crunch time......
