Hello everyone,
I am a little bit disappointed in the last two weeks I lost one kg only, although I keep my calories intake under 1500 a day and I write down everything I eat. Any tips?

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 March 2021:
1643 kcal Fat: 62.98g | Prot: 84.95g | Carb: 189.80g.   Breakfast: Milk (Nonfat) , Pickles, Tomatoes, Egg, Shepherds of Cyprus Halloumi Cheese, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Butter Cake without Icing, Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk. Dinner: Ready Pac Greek Inspired with Feta Cheese. Snacks/Other: Dried Apricot, Fish and Rice with Tomato-Based Sauce, Date, Walnuts. more...

just keep up the good work - it will come off eventually - when you are close to reaching your goal weight it sometimes plateaus - just don't give up.
