I need to lose 5.6 pounds in the next 15 days to meet a goal and face my ex-husband in court on April 9th. I’ve been losing about 2 pounds a week, but it’s slowing down. I eat 1000 calories or less a day and doing minimal exercise. However, I gain when I exercise. I may sound crazy, but does anyone have any advice?
